The project for a luxurious casino in Chile is generating some complications, but not for the enormous amount of money it would imply, but for the negative impact it would have on traffic and architectonical patrimony of the city.

The casino will have a five stars hotel and a convention center for 1,200 seated attendants. The total inversion will be 55 million dollars. The project is promoted by the South Pacific Group and will be built on Alemania Avenue in Temuco.

The architects of Chile’s Autonomic University, Sergio Carrasco and Henri Esteve have warned the authorities, because they think the roads would not be able to handle the traffic increment that would bring attached the project.
